Built in multiple phases over the years, East Highlands Ranch now encompasses approximately 800 acres, including 117 acres of common area. Within these shared spaces, the Ranch maintains seven historic remnant orange groves, which continue to be carefully preserved and maintained for the enjoyment of the community.

 

The Ranch is home to 2,488 residences, the vast majority of which are single-family detached homes. The community also includes one remaining undeveloped area located at the south end of the Ranch, which is anticipated to be developed with approximately 137 additional homes in the coming years.

 

EHR offers a wide variety of amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for residents, including a catch-and-release lake, swimming pools, wading pools, spas, tennis courts, a basketball court, walking track, softball field, pickleball courts, and an extensive network of walking trails.
